Surveying
The foundation of our civil engineering services is our ability to provide detailed, comprehensive surveys up front to support the work we do in water resource management, transportation engineering, and site development.
Our capabilities span the categories outlined in the “Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas,” published by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. They include topographical surveys, boundary surveys, construction surveys, and subdivision platting, among other services.
In addition, our professional surveyors have earned TWIC identification cards, which gives them the ability to work in restricted areas, including airports, water treatment plants, and ports.
Our Surveying services include:
- Topographical surveying
- Route surveying
- Boundary surveying (categories 1A, 1B, and ALTA)
- Record abstracting
- Right-of-way and easement mapping
- Subdivision platting
- Construction staking
- GPS real-time surveying
